Alpha

Tuesdays, March 10-May 19, 6:30-8:30pm. Dinner included every week! Absolutely FREE! 3791 Pike Rd. Longmont, CO 80503

Alpha is a welcoming series of group conversations that explores the Christian faith in a friendly, relaxed environment. Each week includes dinner, a short video on a topic of Christianity, and small group discussion where guests can ask questions and share openly. Alpha is for everyone, including lifelong Catholics, those new to faith, and anyone seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus. Parishioners are encouraged to come with friends who are on their own faith journey.

Topics Include:

  • Is there more to life than this?

  • Who is Jesus?

  • Why did He die?

  • How can I have faith?

  • Why pray?

  • Why read the bible?

  • How does God guide us?

  • Who is the Holy Spirit?

  • How can I make the most of my life?

  • How can I resist evil?

  • Does God heal today?

  • What about the church?

“I didn’t come to Alpha looking for religion or certainty. I came because what I was doing wasn’t working anymore. I felt like I had reached the limit in the "self-help" world and was still searching for something deeper. If you feel lonely or lost, Alpha is a gentle, honest way to encounter God again—without pressure or judgment.”

- Melissa Hoffman, Alpha Guest

“I had become comfortable in my faith life, but through Alpha, I was reminded that Jesus wants to be personally involved in every aspect of our lives.”

- Laura Leonard, SFA Parishioner
