Whether you're struggling in your marriage, discerning separation, going through a divorce, or divorced for years, this program is tailored to meet your needs. Divorce is one of life’s most painful and disorienting experiences, affecting every part of your life—your emotions, relationships, faith, and sense of self. The Build a New Life Workshop(BNLW) is a groundbreaking 12-week online program designed to address these challenges head-on, helping you not just survive but truly thrive after divorce.
Workshop Run Dates: The workshop officially starts September 3, 2026, and concludes on November 19, 2026.
Session Structure: Live, 90-minute group coaching sessions take place every Thursday evening from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM MDT via Zoom, with a small group discussion imbedded into the evening.
The Curriculum: Integrates 12 Surviving Divorce videos featuring expert Catholic priests, psychologists, and survivors, alongside digital and physical workbooks.
Holistic Coaching: Blends spiritual direction, communication coaching, and emotional recovery tools grounded in the Church's teachings, including Pope St. John Paul II's Theology of the Body.
Location: St. Francis of Assisi, 3791 Pike Road, Longmont CO - Padre Pio Room; Zoom is available if on site meeting is not logistically feasible.
