Does your life seem meaningless?

Do you feel lonely or depressed even though your social calendar is full?

Do you feel that your life lacks purpose?

If these questions resonate with you, you are not alone. In a modern world filled with digital distractions, endless scrolling, and constant busyness, it is easy to feel empty even when we are "connected".

We invite you to join us for a transformative 6-week journey to dive deeply into these topics and discover The Meaning of Your Life.

  • When: Tuesdays, September 29 – November 3 | 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Where: St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Parish - Frassati Hall

About the Workshop: This workshop is a thoughtful synthesis of the breakthrough research compiled by Dr. Arthur Brooks, a leading social scientist and neuroscientist who is in the business of teaching Happiness at Harvard and Vanderbilt.

Together in a supportive small-group environment, we will explore:

  • The "Doom Loop" of Tech Addictions: How to break away from "anti-boredom devices" and reclaim your real life .

  • Real Friends vs. "Deal" Friends: Shifting from superficial connections to deep, life-giving "virtuous friendships".

  • The "Striver's Curse": Why success alone is never enough, and why "doing" must be balanced with "being”.

  • The 3 Big Questions: Discovering clarity in your life’s Coherence (understanding your past), Purpose (knowing your direction), and Significance (believing your life matters) .

Whether you are looking to deepen your own sense of joy or searching for real answers to life's biggest questions, there is a place for you here.

We look forward to walking this journey with you.
