A Light of Hope…A Light Revealed

Light+Beam+Tabernacle.jpg

Now that we are in Advent, I am reminded of the many times in our Church when I felt God revealing His light of hope in my life.

For example, I was part of the Knights of Columbus Rosary this past June 13th. We prayed in front of the beautiful traveling image of "Our Lady of Fatima" that graced us with her visit. Towards the end of the Rosary, several of us witnessed a beam of sunshine falling right on the Tabernacle and making it radiate with light!. For me, it was a visual reminder of Jesus’ Sacred Heart, and a reaffirmation of His blessings for our beautiful church and for all those who had come to Saint Francis to pray the Rosary that day.

Be on the lookout for GOD’S GRACE and BEAUTY this Advent. I offer a photograph of the moment described above for you to meditate on. It is my hope that you will receive the grace that I felt that day.

May the Light of Hope be revealed to you in some way this Advent Season!
