Habemus Papam!
Join us in praying for Pope Leo XIV as he leads The Church, guiding us in faith, hope and love. May the Holy Spirit illuminate his path and strengthen him in his service to God and all humanity.
For tomorrow's (Friday, May 9th, 8am) daily Mass, our priest will use a special Roman Missal Mass setting with prayers for our Pope.

On December 13, 2024, Archbishop Aquila issued a decree according to which, in addition to the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, our parish and 7 other parishes are also designated as pilgrimage sites for the Ordinary Jubilee year 2025.
Update related to the passing of Pope Francis: To obtain a plenary indulgence, a requirement is to pray for the intentions of the Holy Father. Monthly intentions of the Holy Father are decided on ahead of time (see here)…. These intentions remain in force until the next Pope changes them. There is no suspension of plenary indulgences while the Holy See is vacant.
